I wasnt sure which section to put these in so forgive me if its wrong! Its been a lovely sunny day here so I decided to dig out some magpie tack and set up some ridden shots I think the bridle is an arab one as it looks a little too big (the reins and martingale more so than the actual headpiece) but i couldnt find another so I just deicded to go with it and make it work the best i could ;D The rider is a customised magpie one to look as if she (or he, magpie riders leave a little to be desired!) is dressed for Pony Club with her tie and pin (I believe, im not too sure about the pony club so if someone could correct me if im wrong i'd be grateful!) and her face painted to a more fleshy pink, and her eyes done again I think. Unfortunately I realised as I took the rider out the box her hands have fallen off so excuse the weird positions of them, i've had to bluetak them on for now as I've run out of superglue but once i get some more i will redo them The saddlecloth is just a homemade one, a square of lilac felt. Trotting through the sheep fields ;D Popping over a little jump, i think this is an old my beautiful horses jump but i could be wrong, i have another one thats just a yellow gate. Headshot, isnt Bramble pretty Here you can see the rider's face and new outfit. And out in the garden, i cant remember how many times Bramble fell over trying to get this photo because welshies arent so good on non even surfaces!! ;D

magpie riders pay so much attention to their seat, they forget which way round their hands should go ! Bramble's sooo pretty, she has a gorgeous face and I like the one where they're heading off towards the field.... lovely photos

can someone reccomend me a decent superglue for sticking alex's hands back on but that i can also use for sticking ribbon to felt and ribbon to ribbon? I'd like to invest in one to stick her hands back on with but superglue is expensive so i'd like one that i can use for making my rugs and headcollars too

i use the loctite gel superglue for mending, tack and rugs, i HATE the liquid version but get on great with the gel type
bramble looks lovely ridden, lol @ the upside down hands though! the rider looks much better repainted, and i agree, i've no idea whether the riders are supposed to be boys or girls
em, should we re-title this as a general magpie chat section for the posts like this which are just photos and discussion in general rather than how it sounds right now which seems to be JUST for showing their collections? [edit - done that]
